Egg Croissant Sandwich

Ingredients:

-Mayonnaise ½ Cup

-Tomato ketchup 1 & ½ tbs

-Hot sauce 1 tbs

-Onion powder ½ tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste

-Anday (Eggs) 2

-Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs

-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch

-Makhan (Butter) 2 tsp

-Croissants 2

-Salad patta (Lettuce leaves) 2

-Tamatar (Tomato) sliced

-Cheddar cheese slices 2

-Mortadella slices 2-3

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,hot sauce,onion powder,red chilli powder,garlic powder, pink salt,whisk well & transfer to a squeeze bottle.

-In a bowl,add eggs,milk,pink salt & whisk well.

-In frying pan,add butter & let it melt.

-Add whisked eggs & cook on low flame until scramble & set aside.

-Place croissants in half.

-Grease frying pan with cooking oil & toast croissant until golden.

-On a toasted croissants,add & spread prepared sauce,lettuce leaves,tomato slices,cheddar cheese slices,mortadella slices,scrambled egg & cover with another croissant on top (makes 2).
