Ingredients:

-Boneless chicken 800g

-Pyaz (Onion) grated & squeezed 1 medium

-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tbs

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2-3

-Pyaz (Onion) fried ½ Cup

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs

-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp

-Garam masala powder 1 tsp

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste

-Breadcrumbs ¼ Cup

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful

-Podina (Mint leaves) handful

-Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs

Prepare Yogurt Sauce:

-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup

-Mayonnaise 1/3 Cup

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 3-4 cloves

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped ½ tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs

 

Directions:

-In a chopper,add chicken,onion,ginger garlic,green chillies,fried onion,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,red chilli crushed,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,pink salt,breadcrumbs,fresh coriander,mint leaves & clarified butter & chop until well combined.

-In a baking tray (13x8.5 inches greased with cooking oil),add & spread prepared mixture.

-Cut vertically with the help of a greased dough cutter 1.8 inch (make 9 kababs) & grease with cooking oil.

-Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 30-35 minutes.

Prepare Yogurt Sauce:

-In a bowl,add yogurt,mayonnaise,lemon juice,garlic,black pepper crushed,cumin seeds,pink salt,mint, fresh coriander & mix well.

-Serve with yogurt sauce!
