Ingredients:
Prepare Dipping Sauce:
-Mayonnaise ¾ Cup
-Tomato ketchup ¼ Cup
-Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder ¼ tsp
Prepare Chicken Tenders:
-Boneless chicken strips 400g
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Garlic Butter:
-Nurpur Butter salted 50g (3-4 tbs)
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs
Directions:
Prepare Dipping Sauce:
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,Worcestershire sauce,pink salt,black pepper crushed,garlic powder,paprika powder & whisk well.Dipping sauce is ready!
Prepare Chicken Tenders:
-In a dish,add chicken,paprika powder,garlic powder,black pepper powder,pink salt,soy sauce,lemon juice & mix well,cover & marinate for 15-20 minutes.
-Now coat marinated strips with all-purpose flour than dip in whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium low flame until golden & crispy.
Prepare Garlic Butter:
-In a saucepan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic & sauté for 1-2 minutes.
-Add fresh parsley & mix well.
-Pour prepared garlic butter on fried chicken tenders generously.
-Serve garlic butter chicken tenders with prepared dipping sauce!

-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per for golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
