Ingredients:
-Gur (Jaggery) crushed 2-3 tbs
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 2 tbs
-Kala namak (Black salt) 1/8 tsp
-Tukhme balanga (Basil Seeds) soaked 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Water 1 Cup
-Ice crushed
-Lemon slice
Directions:
-In a shaker,add jaggery,tamarind pulp,black salt,basil seeds,lemon juice,water & shake well.
-In serving glass,add ice,lemon slice,gur imli sharbat & serve!
