Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken strips 500g
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Cornflour 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Cooking oil 1 Cup or as required
-Chicken yakhni (Stock)1 & ½ Cup (Add 1 chicken cube in 1 & ½ Cup hot water)
-Tomato ketchup 4 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Hot sauce 3 tbs
-Brown sugar 2 tbs
-Dark soy sauce ½ tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Cornflour 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 3 tbs
-Sukhi lal mirch (Dry red chillies) 2-3
-Makhan (Butter)
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken,pink salt,black pepper crushed,cornflour,ginger garlic paste,soy sauce,vinegar,all-purpose flour,egg & mix well.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry marinated chicken on low flame until golden & crispy.
-Take out excess cooking oil & leave 2 tbs cooking oil in the wok for later use.
-In a jug,add chicken stock,tomato ketchup,pink salt,hot sauce,brown sugar,dark soy sauce,paprika powder,cornflour,red chilli crushed & mix well.
-Heat reserved cooking oil,add garlic & mix well.
-Add dry red chillies & sauté for a minute.
-Add prepared mixture,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (8-10 minutes).
-Add fried chicken,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Grease hot sizzling plate with butter,add rice,hot garlic chicken & serve with mash potatoes & sauteed vegetables!

-Bow mein chicken dalain, pink salt, black pepper crushed, cornflour, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, vinegar, all-purpose flour, anda aur achi tarhan mix karain.
-In a wok, cooking oil garam karain aur marinated chicken ko low flame par golden & crispy honay tak fry karain.
-Cooking oil nikal kar sirf 2 tbs oil wok mein reserve kar lain.
-In a jug, chicken stock, tomato ketchup, pink salt, hot sauce, brown sugar, dark soy sauce, paprika powder, cornflour, red chilli crushed dal kar achi tarhan mix karain.
-Reserved oil garam karain, garlic dalain aur mix karain.
-Dry red chillies dal kar 1 minute sauté karain.
-Prepared mixture dalain, mix karain aur medium flame par 8-10 minutes tak cook karain jab tak sauce thicken na ho jaye.
-Fried chicken dal kar mix karain aur 1 minute cook karain.
-Hot sizzling plate ko butter se grease karain, rice dalain, hot garlic chicken rakhein aur mash potatoes aur sautéed vegetables ke sath serve karain!
