Ingredients:
-Sugar 2 Cups
-Water 1 Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Orange food color 1 pinch
-Lemon juice ½ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 3 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs
-Orange food color 1 pinch
-Water ¾ Cup
-Baking soda 1/8 tsp
-Cooking oil for frying
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped
Directions:
-In a wok,add sugar,water,turn on the flame,mix well & cook on medium flame until sugar is dissolved.
-Add cardamom powder,orange food color,lemon juice,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,clarified butter,yogurt,orange food color,water & whisk until well combined then beat with the help of hand for 5-6 minutes.
-Add baking soda,mix well & transfer jalebi batter to a squeeze bottle.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil(140-160C),squeeze the bottle & make centric rings with the batter & fry on medium high flame from both sides until crispy (makes 12-14).
-Add to warm sugar syrup for 1-2 minutes.
-Remove jablebis with the help of tong & shake lightly so that excess sugar syrup.
-Garnish with pistachios & serve!

-Karahi mein cheeni aur pani dal kar flame on karein,achi tarah mix karein aur medium flame par tab tak pakayein jab tak cheeni ghul na jaye.
-Elaichi powder,orange food color aur lemon juice dal kar mix karein aur medium flame par 1-2 minutes pakayein phir side par rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida,cornflour,ghee,dahi,orange food color aur pani dal kar whisk karein jab tak smooth mixture ban jaye phir haath se 5-6 minutes beat karein.
-Baking soda dal kar mix karein aur jalebi batter ko squeeze bottle mein transfer karein.
-Wok mein cooking oil garam karein (140-160C),bottle se batter squeeze karke centric rings banayein aur darmiyani tez ancch per dono sides sa crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 12-14).
-Warm sugar syrup mein 1-2 minutes kliya dal dein.
-Tongs ki madad se nikal kar halka shake karein ta ka extra sheera nikal jaye.
-Pista se garnish karke serve karein!
