Janglee Falooda Inspired by Lyari’s Famous Jangli Falooda

Inspired by Lyari Famous Jangli Falooda we decided to make it in our Kitchen minus the Jangli pan. #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #digitalammi

Ingredients:

-Ice cubes as required

-Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) 2-3 tbs (soaked in water)

-Colored vermicelli boiled 1 & ½ Cup

-Fruit cocktail strained 1 & ½ Cup

-Red jelly cubes 1 pack (80g)

-Yellow jelly cubes 1 pack (80g)

-Green jelly cubes 1 pack (80g)

-Chocolate chips as required

-White chocolate chips as required

-Condensed milk 400ml

-Pista (Pistachios) sliced as required

-Badam (Almonds) sliced as required

-Pistachio ice cream ½ litre

-Vanilla ice cream ½ litre

-Khoya 1 Cup

-Chocolate syrup as required

-Roohafza milk 2 litre

-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

-Badam (Almonds) sliced

 

Directions:

-In a pot,add ice cubes,basil seeds,colored vermicelli,fruit cocktail,red jelly,yellow jelly,green jelly, chocolate chip,white chocolate chip,condensed milk,pistachios,almond,pistachio ice-cream,vanilla ice-cream,khoya,chocolate syrup,roohafza milk & mix well.

-Garnish with jellies,pistachios,almonds & serve!
