Ingredients:
Prepare Korean Potatoes:
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Baby potatoes 500g
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Soy sauce 3-4 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Brown sugar 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Til (Sesame seeds) roasted 1 tsp
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) ½ tsp
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped 1 tbs
Prepare Rice:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Chawal (Rice) boiled with salt 2 Cups
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Til (Sesame seeds) roasted 1 & ½ tsp
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 & ½ tsp
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped 1-2 tbs
-Fried egg
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped
-Chilli oil
Directions:
Prepare Korean Potatoes:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,baby potatoes,pink salt & mix well.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until potatoes are tender (8-10 minutes) & stir in between.
-In a bowl,add soy sauce,garlic,brown sugar,red chilli crushed,sesame seeds,sesame oil & mix well.
-Now add prepared mixture,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add green onion leaves & mix well.
Prepare Rice:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add boiled rice,soy sauce,vinegar,sesame seeds,sesame oil,spring onion leaves,mix well & cook on low flame for a minute.
-In a serving bowl,add korean rice,korean potatoes & fried egg.
-Add spring onion leaves,chilli oil & serve!

-Bowl mein soy sauce,lehsan,brown sugar,lal mirch crushed,til aur til ka tel dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab tayyar mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karei aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.

-Karahi mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Boiled chawal,soy sauce,sirka,til,til ka tel aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur halki ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Serving bowl mein korean rice,korean potatoes & fried egg dal dein.
-Hara pyaz leaves aur chilli oil dal ker serve karein!
