Ingredients:
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Dark chocolate chopped 150g
-Cream 150ml
Prepare Cream Cheese Layer:
-Cream cheese 150g
-Condensed milk ½ Cup
-Whipping cream 150ml
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Prepare Cereal Layer:
-Dark chocolate chopped 75g
-Crispy chocolate cereal 100g
-Chocolate Powder/Cocoa powder 3 tbs
Assembling:
-Chocolate pound cake 1
-Flavored chocolate milk
Directions:
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-In a bowl,add dark chocolate,cream & microwave for 2 minutes (check & mix after every 30 seconds) then mix well until smooth.Chocolate ganache is ready!
Prepare Cream Cheese Layer:
-In a bowl,add cream cheese,condensed milk,whipping cream,vanilla essence & beat until soft peaks form.Cream cheese layer is ready!
Prepare Cereal Layer:
-In a bowl,add dark chocolate & microwave for a minute then mix well until smooth.
-Add crispy chocolate cereal & coat well.
-Add chocolate powder,mix & shake well.Cereal layer is ready!
Assembling:
-Cut chocolate pound cake into slices.
-In a serving dish,place cake slices,pour flavored chocolate milk,add & spread prepared cream cheese layer.
-Add & spread prepared chocolate ganache & garnish with cereal layer.
-Serve chilled.
