Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 2 tsp
- Chicken boiled & shredded 1 & ½ Cup
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp or to taste
- BBQ sauce 2 & ½ tbs
- Potato fries as required
- Jalapeno chopped
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
Green Mayo Sauce:
- Podina (Mint) ½ Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ½ Cup
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
- Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 4
- Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Lemon juice ½ tbs
- Mayonnaise ¼ Cup
- Doodh (Milk) 3-4 tbs
- Tomato ketchup
Directions:
Potato Fries Loaded Stick:
In frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add salt,red chilli crushed,BBQ sauce,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes & set aside.(You can use leftover shredded chicken).
On working place,arrange potato fries and insert skewer.
Add cooked chicken,jalapenos,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese and red chilli crushed.
On griddle,place french fries stick,cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts (approx. 2-3 minutes).
Loaded Fries:
Grease frying pan with cooking oil,add potato fries,cooked chicken,jalapenos,cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and red chilli crushed.
Place frying pan on stove,cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts (approx. 2-3 minutes).
Green Mayo Sauce:
In grinder,add mint leaves,fresh coriander,green chillies,garlic,salt,lemon juice,mayonnaise,milk & grind well.
Serve as it is or drizzle tomato ketchup,prepared green mayo sauce & serve!

Grinder mein podina,hara dhania,hari mirch,lehsan,namak,lemon juice,mayonnaise aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Working surface per potato fries arrange ker ka skewer laga lein.
Cooked chicken,jalapenos,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese aur lal mirch crush dal dein.
Tawa per French fries stick rakh dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per cheese melt hunay tak paka lein melts (approx. 2-3 minutes).
Loaded Fries:
Frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein,potato fries,cooked chicken,jalapenos,cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese aur lal mirch crushed dal dein.
Frying pan ko chulhay per rakh dein aur aur dhak ker halki ancch per cheese melt hunay tak paka lein melts (approx. 2-3 minutes).
Green Mayo Sauce:
Grinder mein podina,hara dhania,hari mirch,lehsan,namak,lemon juice,mayonnaise aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein.
