Mango Kunafa Toast

Ingredients:

-Water ½ Cup

-Sugar 1/3 Cup

-Rose water 1 tsp

-Lemon juice 1 tsp

-Anda (Egg) 1

-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup

-Mango puree 2 tbs

-Sugar powdered 1 tbs

-Bread slices

-Cheddar & Mozzarella cheese grated as required

-Aam (Mango) slices 2-3

-Kataifi dough shredded as required substitute: Seviyan

-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs

-Pista (Pistachios) chopped

-Dried rose petals

 

Directions:

-In a saucepan,add water,sugar,rose water,lemon juice,turn on the flame,mix well & cook on medium flame until sugar is dissolved & set aside.

-In a bowl,add egg,milk,mango puree,sugar & whisk well.

-On a bread slice,add cheddar & mozzarella cheese,mango slices & cover with another bread slice.

-Dip into egg & milk mixture & coat with kataifi dough from all sides.

-On a griddle,add butter,let it melt & fry from both sides until golden.

-On a toast,pour prepared warm sugar syrup,garnish with pistachios,dried rose petals & serve!
