Ingredients:
-Aam (Mangoes) cubes 2 & ½ Cups
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Sugar 4 tbs or to taste
-Custard powder vanilla flavor 4 tbs or as required

-Cream chilled 200ml
-Condensed milk ½ Cup
-Mango essence ½ tsp
-Sugar 1 tbs
-Cornflour 1 tsp
-Bread slices 8-10 or as required
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Aam (Mango) cubes
Directions:
-In a blending jar,add mangoes & blend well until mangoes are pureed.
-In a wok,add mango puree (reserve ¾ cup for later use),milk,sugar,custard powder & mix well.
-Turn on the flame & cook on medium flame until it thickens & mix continuously.
-Let it cool completely.
-Place bowl over ice-cubes,add cream & beat on low speed for 30 seconds then beat on high speed until soft peaks form.
-Add condensed milk,mango essence,beat until well combined & set aside.
-In a sauce pan,add reserved mango puree,sugar,cornflour & mix until well combined.
-Turn on the flame,mix continuously & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.Mango puree is ready!
-Let it cool & transfer to a piping bag.
-Tri bread slices & cut into rectangular shape.
-Place bread slices in serving dish,add prepared mango custard,bread slices,prepared mango custard & spread evenly.
-Add & spread prepared cream mixture & garnish with prepared mango puree,almonds,pistachios & mango cubes.
-Refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.

-Chulha on karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Ek bowl ko ice cubes par rakh kar cream daalein,pehle low speed par 30 seconds ke liye beat karein, phir high speed par beat karein jab tak soft peaks form na ho jayein.
-Ab ismein condensed milk aur mango essence dal kar dubara beat karein jab tak sab kuch achi tarah combine ho jaye & side par rakh dein.
-Sauce pan mein reserved mango puree,cheeni aur cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Chulha on karein aur musalsal mix kertay hoye darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes tak pakayein.Mango puree tayar hai!
-Thanda ker lein aur piping bag mein dal dein.
-Bread slices ko trim ker ka rectangular shape mein cut ker lein.
-Serving dish mein bread slices rakh kar tayyar mango custard,bread slices aur mango custard dal kar evenly spread karein.
-Phir tayyar cream mixture dal ker pheela lein aur tayyar mango puree,badam,pista aur mango cubes se garnish ker lein.
-2 hours or thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
