Ingredients:
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Mustard paste 1 tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Chicken fillet 400g
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Iceberg lettuce shredded 2 Cups
-Green olives ½ Cup
-Yellow bell pepper julienne 1 large
-Cherry tomatoes 1 Cup
-Kheera (Cucumber) 2 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
-Extra virgin olive oil 3 tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Apple cider vinegar 1 & ½ tbs
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Dried basil leaves 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Mustard paste 2 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Lemon wedges
Directions:
-In a bowl,add garlic paste,mustard paste,paprika powder,black pepper crushed,dried oregano,pink salt, lemon juice,olive oil & mix well.
-Add chicken fillet & coat well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken fillet & cook on medium flame from both sides until done & apply remaining marinade in between.
-Let it rest for few minutes then cut into slices & set aside.
-In a bowl,add iceberg lettuce,green olives,yellow bell pepper,cherry tomatoes,cucumber,onion.
-In a jar,add olive oil,lemon juice,apple cider vinegar,dried oregano,black pepper crushed,dried basil leaves,pink salt,mustard paste,garlic,cover & shake well.Salad dressing is ready!
-Pour on vegetables,fresh coriander & give it a good mix.
-Add prepared chicken slices,lemon wedges & serve!

-Chicken fillet dal ker ache tarhan coat karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken fillet dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa paka lein aur bech mein remaining marinade laga lein.
-Few minutes kliya rest dein phir slices mein cut ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein iceberg lettuce,green olives,yellow bell pepper,cherry tomatoes,kheera aur pyaz dal dein.
-Jar mein olive oil,lemon juice,apple cider vinegar,dried oregano,kali mirch crushed,dried basil leaves,pink salt,mustard paste aur lehsan dal ker dhak dein aur ache tarhan shake ker lein.Salad dressing tayyar hai!
-Vegetables mein pour ker lein aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tayyar chicken slices aur lemon wedges rakh ker serve karein!
