Ingredients:
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 lareg
-Podina (Mint leaves) 1-2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) with stems 1-2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) stem handful
-Leshan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves
-Adrak (Ginger) ½ inch piece
-Boneless chicken cubes boiled 750g
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Khashkhash (Poppy seeds) 1 & ½ tsp (Substitute: Ground almonds 8-10)
-Breadcrumbs 2 tbs
-Anda (Egg) boiled as required
-Anda (Egg) whisked
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a chopper,add green chillies,onion,mint leaves,fresh coriander,fresh coriander stem,garlic,ginger & chop well.
-Add chicken,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,pink salt,cumin seeds,corinader seeds,poppy seeds,breadcrumbs & chop well.
-Cut egg into slices,take a mixture (55g) & flatten on your palm,place egg slice & coat properly to make a patty.
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil,dip patty into whisked egg & fry on medium flame until golden (makes 14).
-Can be stored in an air-tight container for up to 1 month in the freezer.

-Ab is mein chicken, lal mirch powder, garam masala powder, pink namak, zeera, sabut dhania, khashkhaash aur breadcrumbs daal kar dobara chop kar lein.
-Ek anda ke slice bana lein, mixture ka 55g hissa le kar haath par flatten karein, beech mein anda slice rakh kar achi tarah cover karein aur patty shape de dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein, patty ko phentay hue anday mein dip karein aur medium flame par golden hone tak fry karein (makes 14).
-Tikki ko airtight container me rakh kar 1-month k liye store karsakte hain freezer me.
