Ingredients:
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 3-4 tbs
-Gond (Edible gum) 2-3 tbs
-Sunflower seeds ¼ Cup
-Pumkin seeds roughly chopped ¼ Cup
-Badam (Almonds) chopped ¼ Cup
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) chopped ¼ Cup
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) ½ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) salted 150g
-Sugar powdered 100g
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Chakki ka Atta (Whole wheat flour) ½ Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Mixed nuts sliced
Directions:
-In a frying pan,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add edible gum,mix well & fry on low flame until it puffs up (keep stirring in between) & set aside.
-In the same frying pan,add sunflower seeds,pumpkin seeds & fry on medium flame for 1-2 minutes & take out in the same bowl.
-In the same frying pan,add almonds,cashew nuts & fry for 1-2 minutes & take out in the same bowl.
-In a bowl,add desiccated coconut & mix well,crush puffed edible gum with your hands & set aside.
-In a bowl,add butter & beat well.
-Add sugar & beat well until creamy.
-Add all-purpose flour,wheat flour,cardamom powder,nuts mixture & fold well with spatula than mix well & gather until soft dough is formed.
-Take a small dough (50g),make a ball & press gently to make a cookie shape & press the cookies on mixed nuts from one side (makes 15).
Option # 1: Baking
-Place cookies on baking tray lined with baking paper.
-Bake in preheated oven at 160C for 25 minutes (both grills on).
Option # 2: Pot Baking
-In a pot,place steam stand/wire rack,cover & preheat on medium flame for 10 minutes.
-Place baking paper,cookies & pot bake on low flame for 18-20 minutes.
-Let them cool on grill rack.
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 10 days on shelf.

-Bowl mein khopra dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur haath ki madad sa gond ko crush ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein makhan dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Cheeni dal dein aur creamy ho janay tak beat ker lein.
-Maida,chakki ka atta,elaichi powder aur nuts mixture dal ker spatula sa fold ker lein phir mix ker ka soft dough bana lein.
-Chota doigh lein (50g) aur ball bana ker gently press karein aur cookie ki shape bana lein phir cookie ki ek side ko mixed nuts ka upper press ker lein (makes 15).
