Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken 200g
-Fresh basil leaves chopped 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) 2 cloves
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Breadcrumbs 2 tbs
-Fresh parmesan cheese 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) whisked 2 tbs
-Olive oil 1 tsp
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tsp
-Safed pyaz (White onion) finely chopped 1 small
-Chicken yakhni (Stock) 3 Cups (2 chicken cubes dissolve in 3 cups of water)
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch or to taste
-Pasta 80g boiled as per pack’s instruction
-Palak (Spinach) roughly chopped 6-7 leaves
-Fresh parmesan cheese grated
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
-In a chopper,add chicken,fresh basil leaves,garlic,black pepper crushed,pink salt,breadcrumbs,fresh parmesan cheese,egg,olive oil & chop until well combined.
-Grease hands with cooking oil,take 20g of chicken mixture & make balls of equal sizes (makes 9-10).
-On greased steam rack,place chicken balls,cover & steam cook for 5-6 minutes & set aside.
-In a cooking pot,add olive oil,garlic,onion & sauté for a minute.
-Add chicken stock & mix well.
-Add black pepper crushed,pink salt & mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add pasta,steamed meatballs,spinach,mix well & bring it to boil & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh parmesan cheese,fresh parsley & serve!

-Haathon ko halka sa cooking oil se grease kar lein, ab 20g chicken mixture le kar equal size ke balls bana lein (9-10 balls ban jaayengi).
-Greased steam rack par balls rakh kar cover karein aur 5-6 minutes tak steam cook kar lein, phir side par rakh dein.
-Cooking pot mein olive oil, garlic aur onion daal kar 1 minute tak sauté karein.
-Chicken stock daal kar mix karein.
-Ab black pepper crushed aur pink salt daal kar mix karein, cover karein aur medium flame par 1-2 minutes tak cook karein.
-Ab pasta, steamed meatballs aur spinach daal kar mix karein, boil aane dein aur medium flame par 2-3 minutes tak cook karein.
-Fresh parmesan cheese aur fresh parsley se garnish karein aur serve karein.
