Ingredients:
-Chicken fillets 3 (450g)
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Mixed herbs 2 tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 2 Large
-Himalayan pink salt to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) to taste
-Cooking oil for frying
-Fresh basil leaves handful
-Akhrot (Walnuts) chopped 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) 2-3 cloves
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Parmesan cheese powder 1 tbs
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Sour bread slices
-Palak (Baby spinach) leaves
-Tamatar (Tomato) slices
-Cheddar & Mozzarella cheese grated
Direction:
-Sprinkle pink salt,black pepper crushed,chicken powder on both sides of chicken fillets,rub evenly & prick with fork & set aside.
-In a bowl,add breadcrumbs,mixed herbs & mix well.
-In another bowl,add eggs,pink salt,black pepper powder & whisk well.
-Now dip chicken fillet into whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs then again dip in whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden brown.
-In a grinding jar,add fresh basil leaves,walnuts,garlic,pink salt,parmesan cheese,olive oil,lemon juice,grind well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,prepared pesto paste,whisk well & set aside.
-Grease pan with butter & toast slices from both sides.
-On bread slice,add & spread prepared pesto sauce,add baby spinach,tomato slices,cheddar & mozzarella cheese,chicken fillet,cheddar & mozzarella cheese,pesto sauce & cover with another bread slice & grill for a minute until cheese melts (makes 3).
-Serve with potato fries,Pesto sauce & salad.

-Ab chicken fillet ko pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs sa coat ker lein phir dubara pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs sa coat ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Grinding jar mein fresh basil leaves,akhrot,lehsan,pink salt,parmesan cheese,olive oil aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein mayonnaise aur tayyar pesto paste dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Pan ko makhan sa grease karein aur bread slices ko dono sides sa toast ker lein.
-Bread slice per tayyar pesto sauce dal ker pheela lein,palak,tamatar slice,cheddar & mozzarella cheese,chicken fillet,cheddar & mozzarella cheese aur pesto sauce dal dein aur dosray bread slice sa cocer ker lein aur cheese melt ho janay tak grill ker lein (makes 3).
-Potato fries,pesto sauce & salad ka saath serve karein.
