Ingredients:
Prepare Brownie:
-Anday (Eggs) 2 (room temperature)
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 100g
-Dark chocolate chopped 150g
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 150g
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 100g
-Cocoa powder 3 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
Pistachio Ganache:
-Pista (Pistachios) 80g
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-White chocolate chopped 80g
-Cream 80ml
-Green food color 2-3 drops
-Homemade Kataifi pastry 100g
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Chocolate ganache
-White chocolate ganache
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped
Directions:
Prepare Brownie:
-In a bowl,add eggs,vanilla essence,caster sugar,beat until foamy & set aside.
-In dark chocolate,add butter,microwave for a minute & mix well until smooth.
-In whisked egg mixture,add melted chocolate & beat until well combined.
-Place a sieve on the bowl,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,pink salt & sift well than beat well (on low speed).
-On greased 7x7-inch baking pan lined with baking paper,pour batter & tap few times.
-Bake in preheated oven at 175°C for 25-30 minutes (on lower grill).
-Let it cool.
Prepare Pistachio Ganache:
-In a grinder,add pistachios,cooking oil,grind well to make a thick paste & set aside.
-In a bowl,add white chocolate,cream & microwave it gradually for a minute than mix well until smooth.
-Add pistachio paste,green food color & mix well.Pistachio ganache is ready!
-Cut kataifi pastry with the help of scissor.
-In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add kataifi pastry,mix well & cook on low flame until light golden.
-Let it cool & add it in prepared pistachio ganache & mix well.
-Add & spread pistachio ganache over the brownie.
-Pour chocolate ganache,spread evenly & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-Cut into pieces & decorate with white chocolate ganache,pistachios & serve!

-Pheetay hoye anday ka mixture mein melted chocolate dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Bowl per sieve rakh dein,maida,cocoa powder aur pink salt dal ker ek saath sift ker lein phir ache tarhan beat ker lein (on low speed).
-Greased 7x7-inch baking pan lined with baking paper mein batter ko pour ker lein aur few times tap karein.
-Preheated oven mein 175°C per 5-30 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on lower grill).
-Thanda ker lein.

-Bowl mein white chocolate aur cream dal dein aur gradually ek minute kliya microwave ker lein phir smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pistachio paste aur green food color dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Pistachio ganache tayyar hai.
-Kataifi pastry ko scissor ki madad sa cut ker lein.
-Frying pan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Kataifi pastry dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per light golden ho jaya tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein aur tayyar pistachio ganache mein dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pistachio ganache ko brownie ka upper dal ker pheela lein.
-Chocolate ganache dal ker evenly pheela lein aur 30 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Pieces mein cut ker lein,white chocolate ganache aur pista sa granish ker ka serve karein.
