Ingredients:
Prepare Crispy Chicken:
-Doodh (Milk) ¾ Cup
-Lemon juice 1-2 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Mixed herbs 1 tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Chicken fillets 350g
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Pita Buns:
-Warm water ¾ Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 2 tsp
-Warm water 3 tbs or as required
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
Assembling:
-Honey mustard sauce
-Iceberg lettuce shredded
-Chilli garlic sauce
Directions:
Prepare Crispy Chicken:
-In a bowl,add milk,lemon juice,mix well & let it rest for 5 minutes.Buttermilk is ready!
-Add red chilli powder,pink salt,cumin powder,garlic powder,chicken powder,paprika powder,mixed herbs,onion powder,egg & whisk well.
-Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,pink salt,mix well & coat marinated chicken pieces in all-purpose flour.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
Prepare Pita Buns:
-In a bowl,add warm water,sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it bloom for 10 minutes.
-Add all-purpose flour,pink salt,cooking oil & mix well until it crumbles.
-Gradually add warm water & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease hands with cooking oil & knead until smooth dough is formed,grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).
-Grease hands with oil & knead dough again until smooth.
-Take 50g of dough,make a ball & roll out with the help of rolling pin (2 inches),cover with kitchen cloth & let it proof for 15 minutes.
-Heat non-stick griddle,place rolled dough,cover & cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes each side.
Assembling:
-Cut pita bun from center,add honey mustard sauce,iceberg lettuce,crispy chicken,chilli garlic sauce, cover with top bun with honey mustard sauce (makes 12).
-Serve with fries & chilli garlic sauce!

-Ek bowl mein doodh aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 5 minute kliya chor dein. Buttermilk tayyar hai.
-Lal mirch powder,pink salt,zeera powder,lehsan powder,chicken powder,paprika powder,mixed herbs, onion powder aur egg dal kar achi tarah whisk karein.
-Chicken dal kar ache sa mix karein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Ek bowl mein maida aur pink salt dal kar mix karein aur marinated chicken ko ache se coat karein.
-Wok mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken ko darmiyani ancch par golden aur crispy ho janay tak fry karein.
Prepare Pita Buns:
-Ek bowl mein warm water,cheeni aur khameer dal kar mix karein aur dhak ker 10 minutes ke liye bloom hone dein.
-Ab ismein maida,pink salt aur cooking oil dal kar mix karein jab tak crumbly dough ban jaye.
-Thora thora warm water dal kar dough ko knead karein jab tak soft dough tayyar ho jaye.
-Hathon ko oil se grease karein aur dough ko smooth hone tak knead karein.Dough ko oil se grease karke cover karein aur 1 hour proof hone dein (warm jagah par).
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur smooth ho janay tak dubara ghond lein
-50g dough le kar ball banayein aur 2 inch ka circle roll out karein,kitchen cloth se cover karke 15 minutes proof hone dein.
-Non-stick griddle garam karein,rolled dough rakh kar cover karein aur dono sides 5-6 minutes low flame par cook karein.
Assembling:
-Pita bun ko center se cut karein,honey mustard sauce,iceberg lettuce,crispy chicken aur chilli garlic sauce dal dein aur top bun per honey mustard sauce laga ker cover ker lein (makes 12).
-Fries aur chilli garlic sauce ke sath serve karein!
