Ingredients:

-Bread slices 2

-Water 1 Cup

-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 4 medium

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp or to taste

-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tbs

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Onion powder 1 tsp

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp

-Chicken powder ½ tbs (optional)

-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tsp

-Cornflour 4-5 tbs

-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful

-Cooking oil for frying

Prepare Mayo Sauce:

-Mayonnaise ½ Cup

-Mustard paste 1 tbs

-Sriracha sauce 1 tbs

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste

-Paprika powder 1 pinch

 

Directions:

-On a plate,add bread slices,water & let them rest for a minute then squeeze well & transfer to a bowl.

-Add potatoes,red chilli crushed,garlic,pink salt,onion powder,cumin seeds,chicken powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,cornflour,green chilli,fresh coriander & mix until well combined.

-Place rectangular mold on cling film,add & spread potato mixture & press gently then cut into square shape (30g) with the help of greased knife (makes 12).

-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on high flame until golden & crispy.

Prepare Mayo Sauce:

-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,mustard paste,sriracha sauce,pink salt,paprika powder & whisk well.

-Serve potato nuggets with prepared sauce!
