Ingredients:
-Water ½ litre
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 & ½ Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Tatri (Citric acid) ¼ tsp
-Baisan (Gram flour) ½ Cup
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs
-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12
-Water 1 litre

-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 400g
-Tomato puree 1 Cup
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 3 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Boneless beef cubes 650g
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Spaghetti boiled as per pack’s instruction

Directions:
-In a jug,add water,yogurt,green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,pink salt,citric acid, gram flour,whisk well & set aside.
-In a pot,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,curry leaves & mix well.
-Add gram flour mixture,water & mix well,bring it to boil & stir in between,cover partially & cook on low flame for 1 hour & keep stirring in between.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,onion,mix well & cook until light golden.
-Add tomato puree,coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,pink salt,ginger garlic paste,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates.
-Add beef,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until beef is tender (30-40 minutes) then cook on high flame until oil separates.
-Add fresh coriander & mix well.
-In a serving plate,add spaghetti,prepared curry,beef currry,chips,fried garlic,fried onion,fresh coriander, lemon juice,chaat masala,lemon & serve!

Directions:
-Jug mein pani,dahi,hari mirch paste,lehsan adrak paste,haldi powder,pink salt,tatri aur baisan dal kar ache se whisk karen aur side par rakh dein.
-Pot mein cooking oil,zeera aur curry patta daal kar ache se mix karen.
-Phir baisan wala mixture aur pani dal kar mix karein aur ubal anay dein aur darmiyan mein stir kertay rahen,partially cover ker ke halki ancch per 1 hour kliya paka lein aur beech beech mein stir karte rahen.
-Ek wok mein cooking oil,zeera aur pyaz dal kar ache se mix karen aur light golden hone tak pakaen.
-Tamatar puree,dhania powder,haldi powder,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,pink salt aur adrak lehsan paste dal kar ache se mix karen aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
-Beef dal kar ache se mix karein aur 4-5 minutes tak medium flame par pakaen.
-Pani dal kar mix karein aur dhak kar low flame par beef tender hone tak pakaen (30-40 minutes) phir flame high kar ke oil separate hone tak bhunen.
-Hara dhania dal kar ache sa mix ker lein.
-Serving plate mein spaghetti,tayyar curry,beef curry,chips,fried lehsan,fried pyaz,hara dhania,lemon juice,chaat aur lemon dal kar serve karen.
