Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken cubes 200g
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Dried oregano ¼ tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Mushrooms sliced 1 Cup
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Blue band margarine 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups or as required
-Cream 1/3 Cup
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Penne pasta 250g boiled as per pack’s instruction
-Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken,soy sauce,pink salt,black pepper powder,dried oregano & mix well.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,seasoned chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add mushrooms,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
-In same wok,add cooking oil,margarine & let it melt.
-Add garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Gradually add milk,mix well & cook until it thickens.
-Turn off the flame,add cream,cheddar cheese,red crushed chilli,dried oregano,pink salt,black pepper crushed,mix well,turn on the flame & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add pasta,cooked chicken & mushrooms,fresh parsley & give it a good mix.
-Sprinkle red chilli crushed,fresh parsley & serve!

-Karahi mein cooking oil aur seasoned chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein
-Mushrooms dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein aur side par rakh dein.
-Usi karahi mein cooking oil aur margarine dal kar melt ker lein.
-Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,cream,cheddar cheese,lal mirch crushed,dried oregano,pink salt aur black pepper crushed dal kar ache tarhan mix karein,chulha on karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pasta,cooked chicken & mushrooms aur fresh parsley dal ker mix ker lein.
-Lal mirch crushed aur fresh parsley dal ker serve karein!
