Stuffed Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • Anday (Eggs) 2 (room temperature)
  • Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 6 tbs
  • Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
  • Doodh (Milk) 400ml (room temperature)
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ¾ Cup (380g)
  • Cooking oil 4 tbs
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Chocolate chips
  • Icing sugar
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Chocolate chips

Directions:

In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar,vanilla essence & whisk well.

Add half quantity of milk & whisk well.

Add all-purpose flour & whisk again.

Now add remaining milk and whisk well until smooth batter is formed.

Add cooking oil,baking powder & whisk again,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes.

Heat griddle,on low flame,add ¼ cup of prepared batter,add chocolate chips in the middle of the batter then top with batter to cover the chocolate chips.

When bubbles start appearing around the edges,lift up the edge and make sure the underside is golden then flip and cook until done.

Repeat with remaining batter (makes 12-14).

Sprinkle icing sugar,drizzle chocolate syrup,decorate with chocolate chips & serve!
