Prepare Garlic Mayo Sauce:
-Mayonnaise 1 Cup
-Mustard paste 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) 2-3 cloves
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch or to taste
Prepare Tandoori Chicken Nuggets:
-Bread slices 4
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 small
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 600g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 2 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs
-Orange food color 1/8 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup or as required
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt or to taste ½ tsp
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) whisked as required
-Cooking oil for frying

Prepare Garlic Mayo Sauce:
-In a blending jar,add mayonnaise,mustard paste,lemon juice,garlic,black pepper powder & pink salt, blend well & set aside.
Prepare Tandoori Chicken Nuggets:
-In a chopper,add bread,onion,green chillies,chop well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add chicken mince,chopped mixture,ginger garlic paste,Kashmiri red chilli powder,cumin powder,pink salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder,orange food color,black pepper powder,lemon juice,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Give coal smoke for 4-5 minutes.
-Grease hands with cooking oil,take a mixture (22g) & make nuggets of equal sizes.
-In all-purpose flour,add garlic powder,pink salt & mix well.
-In breadcrumbs,add Kashmiri red chilli powder & mix well.
-Now coat nuggets with all-purpose flour,whisked eggs & breadcrumbs.
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 months in freezer.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry nuggets on medium flame until golden (makes 32-34).
-Serve tandoori chicken nuggets with garlic mayo sauce.
