Ingredients:
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Tomato ketchup 3 tbs
-Mustard paste ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1/8 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 3 tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Tandoori masala 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Boneless chicken fillet 500g & thigh 300g
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Blue band margarine 1 tbs
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
-Blue band margarine 1 tsp
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2 (with 1 pinch of salt)
-Sandwich bread large slices
-Blue band margarine ½ tbs
-Cheese slice
-Salad patta (Salad leaves)
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced
-Tamatar (Tomato) sliced
-Kheera (Cucumber) sliced
Directions:
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,mustard paste,green chilli paste,pink salt,black pepper crushed,fresh coriander,whisk well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add yogurt,lemon juice,coriander powder,tandoori masala,pink salt,kashmiri red chilli powder,cumin seeds,green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste & mix well.
-Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-On griddle,add cooking oil,margarine & let it melt.
-Add marinated chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame from both sides until done.
-Turn off flame & give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
-In a frying pan,add margarine & let it melt.
-Add whisked eggs & cook for a minute,flip & cook other side until done & set aside.
-Trim bread slices.
-On griddle,add margarine,let it melt & toast bread slices from both sides until light golden.
-On three bread slices,add prepared sauce,tandoori chicken pieces,cheese slice,flip one bread slice,add prepared sauce,salad leaves,onion,tomato,cucumber,cooked egg & flip bread slice to make a sandwich (makes 5).
-Insert skewer & cut into desired pieces.
-Serve with potato fries & tomato ketchup!

-Bowl dahi,lemon juice,dhania powder,tandoori masala,pink salt,kashmiri lal mirch powder,zeera,hari mirch paste aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Tawa per cooking oil aur margarine dal ker melt ker lein.
-Marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur 2 minute kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
-Frying pan mein margarine dal ker melt ker lein.
-Whisked anday dal ker ek minute kliya paka lein phir flip karein aur dosri side ko bhi paka lein & side per rakh dien.
-Bread slices ko trim ker lein.
-Tawa per margarine dal ker melt ker lein aur bread slices ko dono sides sa light golden ho janay tak toast ker lein.
-Three bread slices per tayyar sauce,tandoori chicken pieces aur cheese slice dal ker flip ker lein phir tayyar sauce,salad patta,pyaz,tamatar,kheera aur cooked anda dal dein aur bread slice ko flip ker ka sandwich bana lein.
-Skewer laga leun aur desired pieces mein cut ker lein.
-Potato fries & tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
