Ingredients:
-Dahi (Yogurt) ⅓ Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) crushed 2-3
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Kaju powder (Cashew powder) 1 tbs
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
-Olper’s cream ½ Cup
-lemon juice 1 tbs
-Boneless chicken strips 500g
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Roll sheets as required
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Water ½ or as required
-Chicken powder ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Cooking oil (For frying)
Direction:
-In a flat bowl, add yogurt, green chilli crushed, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, pink salt, black pepper powder, cashew powder, cornflour, garam masala powder, white pepper powder, dried fenugreek leaves, cream, lemon juice, mix well.
-Add chicken & mix well.
-Add cornflour & mix well then cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.
-On flat surface, place roll sheets, fold & cut into thin (threads like) strips.
-Spread evenly and sprinkle cornflour & coat well.
-Skew marinated chicken strips on wooden skewers & apply sauce generously. (Reserve marinade for later use)
-Coat chicken sticks with roll sheets threads then press to flatten strips properly & set gently and let them rest for 10-15 minutes (makes 11-12).
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in the freezer.
-In a pan, add cooking oil & heat it.
-Add remaining marinade & water (add gradually), mix well & cook for a minute or until it thickens.
-Add chicken powder, fresh coriander & mix well. Cook on medium flame for a minute. (Adjust salt if required)
-Creamy dip sauce is ready! Set aside.
-In a wok, heat cooking oil (140 C) & deep fry skewers on low flame until golden & crispy (10-12 minutes).
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 200C, spray oil on thread chicken sticks & air fry for 10-12 minutes (flip in between).
-Serve with creamy dip sauce!

Direction:
-Ek flat bowl mein dahi, hari mirch crushed, adrak lehsan paste, zeera powder, pink namak, kali mirch powder, kaju powder, cornflour, garam masala powder, safed mirch powder, kasuri methi, cream aur lemon juice dalein, achi tarah mix karlen.
-Chicken dalein aur achi tarah mix karlen.
-Mazid cornflour dalein aur mix karlen phir cover karke 30 minutes ke liye rest karne den.
-Flat surface par roll sheets rakh kar fold karlen aur patli (dhagon jaisi) strips mein cut karlen.
-Inhen barabar phaila kar upar se cornflour chhirak kar achi tarah coat karlen.
-Marinated chicken strips ko wooden skewers mein lagayen aur upar se sauce khulay dil se laga den. (Marinade baad ke liye mehfooz rakh len)
-Chicken sticks ko roll sheets ke dhagon se coat karlen phir halkay haath se press karke strips ko set karlen aur 10–15 minutes ke liye rest karne den (11–12 ban jate hain).
-Inhen airtight container mein rakh kar freezer mein 1 mah tak store kiya ja sakta hai.
-Pan mein cooking oil dalein aur garam karlen.
-Bachi hui marinade dalein aur pani thora thora karke shamil karte hue mix karlen aur 1 minute ya gaadha hone tak paka len.
-Chicken powder aur taaza hara dhania dalein aur mix karlen. Darmiyani aanch par 1 minute paka len. (Namak zarurat ke mutabiq adjust karlen)
-Creamy dip sauce tayyar hai! Side par rakh den.
-Wok mein cooking oil 140°C tak garam karlen aur skewers ko halki aanch par golden aur crispy hone tak deep fry karlen (10–12 minutes).
-Preheated air fryer mein 200°C par, thread chicken sticks par oil spray karen aur 10–12 minutes ke liye air fry karlen (beech mein flip karlen).
-Creamy dip sauce ke sath serve karen!
