Ingredients:

  • Til (Sesame seeds) 1 Cup
  • Makhan (Butter) salted 3tbs
  • Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup or to taste
  • Baking soda ¼ tsp

Directions:

In frying pan,add sesame seeds and roast until fragrant and set aside.

In frying pan,add butter and let it melt,add sugar,mix continuously until sugar melts.

Add baking soda and mix well.

Switch off the flame,add roasted sesame seeds and mix until well combined then transfer sesame mixture on the cutting board and roll out with the help of rolling pin.

Cut into desired shapes and let it cool & serve.
