Ingredients:
Prepare Mayo Sauce:
-Cream 3 tbs
-Mayonnaise 3 tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano ¼ tsp
-Paprika powder 1 pinch
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
Prepare Chicken:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Boneless chicken small cubes 200g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 2 tbs
-Tikka masala powder 1 tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
Prepare Masala Dough:
-Atta (Wheat flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp (Optional)
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tsp
-Water hot 1 Cup or as required
-Ghee (Clarified butter) ½ tsp
Assembling:
-Pizza sauce ½ tbs
-Cheddar cheese & Mozzarella cheese gated as required
-Pyaz (Onion) small cubes
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) small cubes
-Black olives sliced
-Cooking oil 2 tsp
Directions:
Prepare Mayo Sauce:
-In a bowl,add cream,mayonnaise,garlic powder,pink salt,dried oregano,paprika powder,lemon juice, mix well & set aside.
-Prepared mayo sauce can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Prepare Chicken:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,ginger garlic paste & mix well until it changes color.
-Add yogurt,tikka masala,cumin powder & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Masala Dough:
-In a bowl,add wheat flour,pink salt,dried oregano,red chilli crushed,clarified butter & mix well.
-Gradually add hot water & mix well until it crumbles,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes then mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-You can also use plain dough for pizza paratha.
-Grease with clarified butter,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.
-Knead dough again until smooth.
-Take 60g of dough,make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin (5 inches).
Assembling:
-Add & spread pizza sauce,mix cheese,cooked chicken,onion,capsicum,black olive,prepared mayo sauce & fold into a triangle shape & apply water to seal the edges.
-On a griddle,heat cooking oil & fry paratha on medium flame from all sides until golden (makes 10-12).
-Serve with prepared mayo sauce.

-Bowl mein cream,mayonnaise,lehsan powder,pink salt,dried oregano,paprika powder aur lemon juice dal kar achi tarah mix karein & side par rakh dein.
-Tayyar mayo sauce ko 1 week kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
Prepare Chicken:
-Frying pan mein cooking oil,chicken aur adrak lehsan paste dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dahi,tikka masala aur zeera powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
Prepare Masala Dough:
-Ek bowl mein atta,pink salt,dried oregano,lal mirch crushed aur ghee dal kar mix karein.
-Thora thora ker ke garam pani dal dein aur crumble ho janya tak ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5 minutes kliya chor dein phir ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Ghee sa grease karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes ke liye rest dein.
-Dough ko phir se knead karein jab tak smooth ho jaye.
-60g dough ka ball bana kar dry flour se dust karein & 5 inch ka circle roll out karein.
Assembling:
-Rolled dough par pizza sauce spread karein,phir mix cheese,cooked chicken,pyaz,shika mirch,black olives & tayyar mayo sauce dal kar triangle shape mein fold karein aur edges par halka sa pani lagayein taake seal ho jayein.
-Tawa per cooking oil garam karein aur paratha ko darmiyani ancch per tamam side se golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 10-12).
-Paratha ko tayyar mayo sauce ke saath serve karein.
