Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) ¾ Cup
-Condensed milk ⅓ Cup
-Khoya 30g
-Zafran (Saffron) few strands
-Makhan (Butter) melted 1/3 Cup
-Condensed milk 1/3 Cup
-Cream ½ Cup
-Zafran (Saffron) 8-10 strands (soaked in 2 tbs milk)
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup or to taste
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Baking powder ½ tsp
-Whipping cream 170g
-Gulab jamun halved
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Zafran (Saffron strands)
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add milk,condensed milk,khoya,saffron & mix well,bring it to boil & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.Rabri milk is ready!
-Let it cool & refrigerate until chilled.
-In a bowl,add butter,condensed milk,cream,saffron & mix well.
-Add all-purpose flour,caster sugar,baking soda,cardamom powder,baking powder & whisk well.
-Transfer it to a microwave safe dish,tap few times & microwave for 4 minutes.
-Using a wooden skewer,poke holes all over the top of the cake.
-Pour prepared rabri milk over the top of the cake,filling holes & let it soak & add more gradually (reserves 2-3 tbs) & let it cool down completely.
-Refrigerate until chilled.
-In a bowl,add whipping cream & beat until stiff peaks form.
-Add prepared rabri milk (2-3 tbs),mix well & transfer to a piping bag.
-Garnish with whipped cream,gulab jamun,pistachios,saffron & serve!

-Saucepan mein milk, condensed milk, khoya aur saffron dal kar mix karein, boil le aayen aur medium flame par 3-4 minutes cook karein. Rabri milk ready hai!
-Cool karke refrigerator mein chill kar lein.
-Ek bowl mein butter, condensed milk, cream aur saffron dal kar mix karein.
-Phir is mein all-purpose flour, caster sugar, baking soda, cardamom powder aur baking powder dal kar whisk karein.
-Batter ko microwave safe dish mein transfer karein,2-3 dafa tap karein aur 4 minutes microwave karein.
-Wooden skewer ki madad se cake par poke karein.
-Upar se prepared rabri milk dal dein taa ke holes fill ho jayein & soak hunay dein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Refrigerate kar dein.
-Ek bowl mein whipping cream dal kar stiff peaks tak beat karein.
-Is mein prepared rabri milk (2-3 tbs) add kar ke mix karein aur piping bag mein transfer karein.
-Cake ko whipped cream, gulab jamun, pistachios aur saffron se garnish karein aur serve karein!
