Ingredients:

Prepare Pistachio Streusel:

-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted ½ Cup

-Pista (Pistachios) chopped ½ Cup

-Brown sugar ½ Cup

-Makhan (Butter) melted 1/3 Cup

Prepare Cake:

-Olper’s Cream 200ml (room temperature)

-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tsp

-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 200g

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 Cup

-Anday (Eggs) 2 (room temperature)

-Vanilla essence 2 tsp

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups

-Baking powder 2 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp

-Baking soda ½ tsp

-Pista (Pistachios) chopped ¾ Cup

-Warm water 1/3 Cup

-Instant coffee 3 tsp

Prepare Pistachio Ganache:

-Pista (Pistachios) ¼ Cup

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Olper’s cream ¼ Cup (room temperature)

-White chocolate melted 30g

-Green food color 2-3 drops or as required

-Icing sugar

-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

 

Directions:

Prepare Pistachio Streusel:

-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,pistachios,brown sugar & mix well.

-Add butter,mix well & set aside.

Prepare Cake:

-In a small bowl,add cream,vinegar & mix well for 30 seconds.Sour cream is ready!

-In a large bowl,add butter,caster sugar & beat well until creamy.

-Add eggs & beat well.

-Add vanilla essence,sour cream & beat until well combined.

-Place a sieve on the bowl,add all-purpose flour,baking powder,pink salt,baking soda & sift well.

-Add pistachios & fold with spatula.

-In warm water,add instant coffee & mix well.

-Now add dissolved coffee & beat until well combined.

-Grease 8-inch springform pan & lined with baking paper.

-Pour half quantity of batter & spread evenly.

-Add half quantity of prepared pistachio streusel & spread evenly.

-Add & spread remaining half quantity of cake batter than remaining half quantity of pistachio streusel & spread evenly.

-Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 45-50 minutes (on lower grill) or skewer comes out clean.

-After baking,let it cool.

Prepare Pistachio Ganache:

-In a grinder,add pistachios,cooking oil & grind well.

-Add cream,white chocolate,green food color & grind well than transfer to a piping bag.

-Sprinkle icing sugar,garnish with prepared pistachio ganache,pistchios & serve!
