Air Fryer Burnt Basque Cheesecake

Ingredients:

-Cream cheese 400g
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¾ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 3 (room temperature)
-Cream 220ml
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Cornflour 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp

 

Directions:

-In 7 inches greased pan,place crumbled baking paper horizontally,set corners & place another baking paper over it vertically.
-In a bowl,add cream cheese,caster sugar,vanilla essence & beat on medium speed for 3-4 minutes.
-Add eggs & beat well.
-Add cream & beat on low speed for a minute.

-On a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,pink salt,sift together & beat on low speed for 1-2 minutes.
-Pour batter in greased pan lined with baking paper & tap few time.

-Air fry at 220C on convection (C) mode for 45 minutes or until top layer is dark brown.

-Take out from oven & let it cool at room temperature for 2 hours & refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator then take out & let it rest uncovered for 2 hours & serve!
