Ingredients:
Prepare Crispy Shrimp Bombs:
-Shrimps (Jheengey) 500g
-Cornflour 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) ½ tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tsp
-Fish sauce 1 tsp
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped 2-3 tbs
-Spring roll sheets 7-8 (cut into thin strips)
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Bang Bang Sauce:
-Mayonnaise ⅓ Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 clove
-Sriracha sauce 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Sweet chilli sauce 3 tbs
-Fish roe (optional)
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves
-Kheera (Cucumber)
-Cherry tomato
Directions:
Prepare Crispy Shrimp Bombs:
-How to clean Prawns?
-Remove head,legs,outer shell & tail of prawn.Make a slit with the help of knife & devein it.
-Wash thoroughly with water and chop well.
-In a bowl,add chopped shrimps,cornflour,red chilli crushed,chicken powder,black pepper crushed,white pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,pink salt,sesame oil,soy sauce,fish sauce,spring onion & mix well.
-Grease hands with cooking oil,take 80g of mixture,make a ball & coat with spring roll sheet & freeze for 30 minutes.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy (makes 6).
Prepare Bang Bang Sauce:
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,garlic,sriracha sauce,lemon juice,sweet chilli sauce,whisk well & transfer to a squeeze bottle.
-Bang bang sauce is ready!
-Garnish with bang bang sauce,caviar,green onion,cucumber & cherry tomato.

-Prawns ka head,legs,outer shell & tail ko remove ker lein.Knife ki madad sa slit laga ker devein ker lein. -Pani sa ache tarhan dho lein aur ache se chop karlen.
-Ek bowl mein chopped shrimps, cornflour, red chilli crushed, chicken powder, black pepper crushed, white pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, pink salt, sesame oil, soy sauce, fish sauce, spring onion daal kar achi tarah mix kar lein.
-Haathon ko cooking oil se grease kar lein, 80g mixture le kar ball shape mein bana lein, spring roll sheet se coat kar ke 30 minutes ke liye freeze kar lein.
-Ek wok mein cooking oil garam kar lein, medium flame par golden aur crispy hone tak fry kar lein (makes 6).
Prepare Bang Bang Sauce:
-Ek bowl mein mayonnaise, garlic, sriracha sauce, lemon juice, sweet chilli sauce daal kar whisk kar lein aur squeeze bottle mein transfer kar lein.
-Bang bang sauce tayyar hai!
-Garnish karen bang bang sauce, caviar, green onion, cucumber aur cherry tomato ke saath.
