Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) fried ½ Cup
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
-Blue band margarine 2 tbs
-Boneless beef 750g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp to taste
-Water 2-3 Cups
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
-Cream ½ Cup
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Tikka masala 1 tbs
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tbs
-Cooking oil ½ tbs
-Blue band margarine 1 & ½ tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 5-6 cloves
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) diced 1 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) diced 1 large
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
Directions:
-In a blending jar,add fried onion,tomatoes,green chillies,blend well & set aside.
-In a pressure cooker,add cooking oil,margarine & let it melt.
-Add beef,ginger garlic paste,pink salt & mix well until it changes color & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes.
-Add blended paste,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & pressure cook on medium flame for 20-25 minutes or until meat is tender.
-Turn off the flame,add yogurt,cream,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,tikka masala & dried fenugreek leaves.
-Turn on the flame,mix well & cook on low flame until oil separates (4-5 minutes) & set aside.
-In handi,add margarine & let it melt.
-Add garlic & fry for 30 seconds.
-Add capsicum,onion & mix well.
-Add cooked beef,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh coriander,ginger & serve!

-Pressure cooker mein cooking oil aur margarine dal kar melt ker lein.
-Beef,adrak lehsan paste aur pink salt dal dien aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix karein aur 6-8 minutes kliya darmiyani ancch per paka lein.
-Blended paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur 20-25 minutes tak ya gosht tender hone tak pressure cook karein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,dahi,cream,sabut dhania,zeera,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,tikka masala aur kasuri methi dal dein.
-Chulha on karein,ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
-Handi mein margarine dal kar melt hone dein.
-Lehsan dal kar 30 seconds tak fry karein.
-Shimla mirch aur pyaz dal kar mix karein.
-Cooked beef dal kar mix karein aur 1-2 minutes tak medium flame par pakaayein.
-Hara dhania aur adrak se garnish ker ka serve karein!
