Ingredients:
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Onion powder ½ tbs
-Paprika powder 2 tsp
-Mixed herbs ½ tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano 2 tsp
-Chicken fillet 350g
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tbs
-Sun-dried tomatoes ¼ Cup
-Water 1 & ½ Cup
-Chicken cube 1
-Tomato puree 3 tbs
-Olper’s cream 1 Cup
-Shell pasta 200g boiled as per pack’s instruction
-Cheddar cheese grated 25g or as required
-Fresh basil leaves chopped 1-2 tbs
-Fresh basil leaves chopped
Directions:
-In a bowl,add pink salt,onion powder,paprika powder,mixed herb,all-purpose flour,garlic powder,red chilli powder,dried oregano & mix well.
-Sprinkle prepared spice mix on both sides of chicken fillet & reserve remaining spice mix for later use.
-In a wok,add cooking oil & fry chicken fillet on medium low flame from both sides (4-5 minutes each side), let it rest for few minutes then cut into slices & set aside.
-In the same wok,add butter & let it melt.
-Add onion,garlic,mix well & sauté for a minute.
-Add sun-dried tomatoes,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add reserved spice mix (1-2 tbs) & mix well.
-Add water,chicken cube & mix well.
-Add tomato puree,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & mix well,turn on the flame & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add boiled pasta,cheddar cheese,fresh basil leaves,mix well & cook on low flame until cheese melts.
-In a serving dish,add cooked pasta,spicy chicken fillet,pasta sauce,fresh basil leaves & serve!

-Chicken fillet ki dono sides per tayyar spice mix laga lein aur remaining masala bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil dal dein aur chicken fillet ko dono sides se darmiyani halki ancch per fry ker lein (4-5 minutes each side) phir thodi der rest kar ke slices mein cut ker lein & side par rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Pyaz aur lehsan dal kar achi tarah mix karein aur 1 minute tak sauté karein.
-Sun-dried tomatoes dal kar 1-2 minutes tak paka lein.
-Reserved spice mix (1-2 tbs) dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pani aur chicken cube dal kar mix karein.
-Tomato puree dal kar mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes tak paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein,chulha on karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes tak paka lein.
-Boiled pasta,cheddar cheese aur fresh basil leaves dal kar achi tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein.
-Serving dish mein cooked pasta,spicy chicken fillet,pasta sauce aur fresh basil leaves dal kar serve karein!
